I am currently loving Bake Off*! So far I have made something inspired by every show. A giant Jaffa cake after cake week, Viennese whirls after biscuit week, and coconut bread after bread week. However, this week has been the only bake that has been tummy friendly (I will update you when I make gluten-free Viennese whirls!). I was delighted to find this recipe pop up in my inbox after the show from Holland and Barrett.
I realised this is a little late in writing. I just don’t know where August has gone, I practically blinked and it was over. Anyway, on with my top five!
I went home to see family for the bank holiday weekend. And it was great to be in the middle of nowhere for a while. It was also a chance that go blackberry picking which is something I always do at this time of year, although not all of the ones I pick not actually make it home before they end up in my tummy!
